Focused and hard-working, Sean Caulfield applies his in-depth analytical and research skills to support the partners and associates of the Labor and Employment Group. He has also drafted numerous state and federal court documents, including motions to compel, motions for summary judgment and proposed orders. Sean’s research and interviews with lobster fishermen resulted in the article, “The Wrong Target for the Right Whale: Why New Federal Fishing Regulations Improperly Target the Main Lobster Industry,” in Stetson Law Review in 2023.
