As a member of the Healthcare Privacy and Compliance team within the Digital Assets and Data Management practice group, Roma Gujarathi works with clients within the healthcare industry on a broad range of privacy and cybersecurity matters. She handles comprehensive responses to a wide variety of cybersecurity incidents, including business email compromises, network intrusions, inadvertent disclosures and ransomware attacks. Roma understands the distinct dynamics of healthcare organizations and guides clients through initial response, forensic investigation and regulatory obligations in a manner that balances legal risks, organizational needs and patient care considerations.
