As a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group, Lee Solomon taps into his operational business experience, as well as his dispute resolution skills, to provide advanced research, writing and counsel to clients on matters pertaining to traditional labor relations and employment litigation. He is also a member of the Sports Industry team and has thorough knowledge of name, image and likeness (NIL) developments for youth and collegiate sports. His unique experience as a former minor league baseball player contributes to his understanding of the legal challenges common to companies and organizations in the sports industry.
