A well-rounded member of the Labor and Employment Practice Group, Payne Horning focuses his practice on advising and representing clients on wage and hour matters; claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment and failure to accommodate; compliance with federal, state and local employment laws; and drafting separation and severance agreements, restrictive covenants, employment agreements and employee handbooks. Payne also conducts fact-finding investigations into various types of employee complaints and provides various workplace trainings. A former award-winning journalist, he owns a unique skillset for finding answers to complex questions in legal matters.
