Noah Morris is an associate on the firm’s Advertising, Marketing and Digital Media team where he counsels clients on advertising claim review and substantiation, advertising clearance, social media and influencer compliance, sponsorships and promotions, and a range of commercial contracting matters. He also supports clients in National Advertising Division (NAD) disputes and litigation involving advertising and marketing practices.
Noah brings a thoughtful, research‑driven approach to advising clients navigating the ever-evolving e-commerce and digital advertising landscape. His practice reflects a strong attention to detail and a practical understanding of how regulatory expectations intersect with business objectives, allowing him to serve as an effective advocate and day‑to‑day resource for clients.
Before joining BakerHostetler, Noah gained significant legal experience during law school, including serving as a summer associate with the firm. He also served as editor-in-chief of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics, where he developed advanced legal research, writing and leadership skills that continue to inform his client work today.
