With a passion to advocate for clients, Nikita applies a pragmatic and fair approach to best serve their needs. She has extensive courtroom experience and valuable insights into the inner workings of the judicial system, which she gained while working for federal and state court judges. While her federal judicial clerkship taught her the ability to handle complex matters, her state court clerkship enabled her to work on high-volume cases.

Nikita also has private practice experience in commercial litigation and international arbitration.
