Mike Moyer is the co-leader of the firm’s Emerging Companies and Venture Capital practice and leads the firm’s Seattle Business Group. He represents emerging growth companies, as well as venture capital firms, strategic corporate investors and family offices. He handles public and private equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions and the formation of strategic alliances and joint ventures.
