Marco Molina is an arbitrator who can arbitrate commercial and investment disputes in English or Spanish. He is also a trial lawyer who focuses his practice on international commercial arbitrations, investor-state arbitrations, cross-border litigations, global asset tracing and recovery, anticorruption compliance, cryptocurrency-related litigations, corporate governance disputes and extradition cases. Marco serves as BakerHostetler’s International Commercial Arbitration nationwide team leader, with a focus on Latin America and Europe.

Marco has been ranked by Chambers, Marquis Who’s Who, The Legal 500 and New York Metro Super Lawyers and was recently recognized as “Litigator of the Week” by Law.com. He was also recently recognized as a BTI Client Service All-Star, with one client stating, “Marco is always one step ahead of the competition. I’m fully confident in his advice and decisions.”

Marco has represented clients before U.S. federal, state and administrative courts, as well as a variety of international arbitral tribunals, including the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the affiliated International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), and in ad hoc arbitrations under the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).

Marco is a senior member of the firm’s Latin America practice who has tried cases in both English and Spanish and is also proficient in Italian. In addition, he is a senior leader of the team working as counsel to the court-appointed Securities Investor Protection Act Trustee in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC and is Chair of the Foreign Discovery Committee that advises that team.
