His depth of experience includes litigation matters involving private equity investments in company assets across multiple industries, contract disputes, partnership disputes, noncompete and/or non-solicit disputes, disputes between franchisors and franchisees, trademark infringement, theft of trade secrets and real estate and fraud matters.
