Kyle Kennedy is an energetic and quick-thinking attorney who is skilled at providing in-depth analysis of complex regulatory issues. Kyle has a particular interest in cybersecurity, as he was co-president of the Cyber Law Association of Washington during law school, quantified legal risk for various cyber activities for BakerHostetler’s Digital Assets and Data Management team as a summer associate in 2023, and served as a research assistant for Advanced Cyber, LLC.
