Kim assists clients with structuring affordable housing transactions that leverage a variety of financing tools, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), tax-exempt Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans, and other federal, state and local resources. Additionally, she assists clients in structuring transactions to secure property tax exemptions, further enhancing project feasibility and long-term affordability.

Kim also provides counsel on matters involving the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA), such as tax credit application issues, regulatory requirements, underwriting matters, changes of ownership and tax credit compliance matters.
