Jordan represents private equity sponsors, family offices, search funds, public and private companies, entrepreneurs and founders and management teams in both buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations and similar transactions. Jordan has significant experience in a number of industries, including manufacturing, TMT, infrastructure and construction, business services, food and beverage, energy, aerospace and healthcare.
