<li>Successfully moved to dismiss all seven counterclaims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, fraudulent inducement, negligent misrepresentation, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and unjust enrichment brought against a satellite intelligence company in the Commercial Division of the New York Supreme Court, County of New York in a dispute concerning geospatial intelligence services. The court also dismissed seven affirmative defenses.</li>
<li>Represented Fortune 500 companies, global brands, small businesses and individuals in matters involving complex contract disputes, bankruptcy, business torts, fraud, insurance, enforcement of restrictive covenants, non-disclosure agreements, arbitration agreements and trademark and copyright infringement.</li>
<li>Successfully prosecuted and argued appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit and the New York appellate courts involving diverse areas of the law, including commercial litigation, trademark infringement, attorney malpractice, labor and employment law and premises liability.</li>
<li>Prosecuted trademark and copyright applications and defended clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.</li>
