<li>Assists with developing, coordinating and executing discovery strategy, focusing on privilege issues, for a healthcare company involved in litigation that includes thousands of lawsuits in nearly every U.S. state, a federal multidistrict litigation, a multistate attorneys general investigation and numerous other state and federal inquiries.</li>
<li>Experience handling discovery in complex litigation and regulatory investigations, and frequently advises on electronic discovery issues.</li>
<li>Experience in pre-trial activities, including strategic research, motion practice, discovery management and depositions.</li>
<li>Defends clients in state and federal court against discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and similar state statutes.</li>
