Jeff Lesovitz concentrates his practice on all aspects of intellectual property law, including patent litigation, technology transactions, client counseling and patent prosecution. He particularly focuses on representing tech companies in the consumer electronics, semiconductor, telecommunications, software, manufacturing and medical device industries, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. He also regularly assists clients in a variety of other business matters, including licensing, acquisitions, financing and corporate strategy involving intellectual property. He has counseled various tech startups and established companies on intellectual property strategies and transactions in view of their specific industries, competitors and business needs. Jeff has represented clients in numerous patent cases before the U.S. district courts, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, International Trade Commission and U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
