Jim East works closely with clients to handle their complex international matters. He has experience representing corporate and sovereign clients in investor-State and commercial arbitrations before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and American Arbitration Association’s International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA-ICDR), as well as ad hoc arbitrations under the UNCITRAL Rules. Jim also has experience in litigation in U.S. federal district courts.
