Farrell Hochmuth is a partner in BakerHostetler’s Litigation Group, where she focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and e-discovery counsel work. With the goal of helping clients manage massive amounts of electronic discovery and data, Farrell designs specific strategies for collection, storage and analysis in a manner that supports the most favorable outcome. Farrell has experience working with state and federal multidistrict litigation, including serving as discovery counsel to a major healthcare services company in litigations across the country related to distribution of controlled substances, and serving as discovery and regulatory counsel for the largest generator of electricity from natural gas and geothermal resources in the U.S., as a result of power failures during Winter Storm Uri.
