Erika Prouty focuses her practice on commercial litigation and election law matters. Erika has experience litigating at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts across the country, including the U.S. Supreme Court. She helps clients develop litigation strategy at the outset of the case and guides them through the discovery and pretrial process, presents their cases at trial and, if necessary, represents them on appeal.
