Erica Barrow is a commercial litigator, representing clients in state and federal court in complex business litigation and securities and corporate governance matters. She obtains successful results for clients in the areas of fiduciary duties, business divorces, partnership disputes, contracts, fraud, noncompetes and class action defense. She regularly advocates on behalf of issuers in securities litigation matters, including securities class actions, shareholder derivative suits and merger disputes. Erica is also a leader in the New York legal community, currently serving as a member of the Character and Fitness Committee and Attorney Grievance Committee for the New York bar.
