<li>Prepare and draft responses to government, auditor, regulator and customer inquiries in connection with client data breaches and cyber incidents; present to auditors regarding key investigatory findings to support the issuance of going concern letters.</li>
<li>Prepare clients for post-incident government investigations and lawsuits, including business interruption claims and data privacy class action lawsuits.</li>

<li>Analyze clients’ cybersecurity environment and framework for compliance with state privacy rules and regulations, federal agency regulations, international data privacy regimes, information governance standards and other compliance regimes.</li>
<li>Draft annual cybersecurity audits and certifications to government agencies, conduct privacy and information security policy assessments, develop securities policies and standards and assist with M&amp;A cyber due diligence during high-stakes corporate acquisitions.</li>
<li>Guide clients through holistic assessments and penetration testing of security frameworks to evaluate maturity, identify gaps, evaluate capabilities and exposures and provide recommendations to meet legal requirements; assist clients with developing insider risk programs and third-party cyber risk management (including reviews of vendor management programs).</li>
