David Corrigan is a member of the firm’s national Debt Finance team and advises borrowers, private equity sponsors, banks, private credit providers and other financial institutions in a wide variety of financing transactions, including first and second lien credit facilities, asset-based lending, acquisition financings, cross-border financings, ESOP formations and other transactions. His practice areas also include general business, commercial contracting, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters. Leveraging his broad foundational experience, David provides practical and knowledgeable counsel for significant transactions as well as routine business operations.
