Chang Baek is a member of the firm’s Debt Finance team. His practice focuses on commercial financing transactions in connection with secured and unsecured credit facilities. He assists financial institutions and public and private companies with a variety of financing transactions, including senior and subordinated credit facilities, bilateral and syndicated asset-based and cash flow loans, acquisition finance, commercial real estate and construction loans, as well as workouts and restructurings.
