Senick represents clients in commercial and real estate financing transactions – both lender-side and borrower-side – while placing an emphasis on understanding and responding to their needs and goals. He is well-experienced in drafting and negotiating credit agreements, ancillary agreements and amendments for financing and restructuring transactions that are sometimes worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
