<li>Represented the administrative agent in a $500 million credit facility to a public company with foreign borrowers and foreign guarantors located in more than 10 different foreign jurisdictions.</li>
<li>Assisted a national banking association in establishing policies, procedures and documentation for its participation in the Main Street Lending Program and represented it in closing 15 credit facilities under that program.</li>
<li>Represented the administrative agent in a $235 million asset-based credit facility for a public company in the manufacturing industry.</li>
<li>Represented a multinational specialty manufacturing company in a $330 million term loan facility and JPY13.5 billion revolving credit facility in connection with an acquisition.</li>
<li>Represented the administrative agent in a $90 million asset-based credit facility for a public company in the defense industry as part of a multitranched capital structure that included the issuance of high yield bonds.</li>
