In addition to general civil and white collar matters, our Delaware-licensed attorneys engage in all core areas of Delaware practice, including intellectual property disputes before the District Court of Delaware; complex commercial litigation in Superior Court; corporate law, governance and litigation before the Delaware Court of Chancery; restructuring and bankruptcy before the Bankruptcy Court; and appeals from any of these venues.

Our Wilmington-based attorneys further represent clients before the Delaware Division of Revenue in tax and unclaimed property matters and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
