Austin is known for its strength in technology, healthcare, education and hospitality, along with its vibrant artistic scene. Being a capital city, the government sector is also a key focus. Resident in our Austin office are attorneys with many years of experience in affordable housing development and regulation, real estate finance and corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments. They also have access to the diverse legal experience of colleagues in our 17 additional offices across the U.S. to provide enterprise solutions for our clients.
