The House plans to be in <a href="https://www.majorityleader.gov/schedule/weekly-schedule.htm" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">session</a> tomorrow through Friday, <a href="https://punchbowl.news/archive/91624-am/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">attempting</a> again to pass government funding legislation after Republican leaders could not muster enough support last week.

The House Small Business Committee on Wednesday will hold an oversight <a href="https://smallbusiness.house.gov/calendar/eventsingle.aspx?EventID=407063" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">hearing</a> with Small Business Administrator Isabel Casillas Guzman.

Also Wednesday, the Foreign Affairs Committee will hold a <a href="https://foreignaffairs.house.gov/hearing/great-power-competition-in-the-indo-pacific/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">hearing</a> titled “Great Power Competition in the Indo-Pacific” with Deputy Secretary of State Kurt Campbell.

The Judiciary Subcommittee on Privacy, Technology, and the Law will hold a <a href="https://www.judiciary.senate.gov/committee-activity/hearings/oversight-of-ai-insiders-perspectives" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">hearing</a> tomorrow on the regulation of artificial intelligence.

Wednesday, the Senate Commerce Committee will hold a <a href="https://www.commerce.senate.gov/2024/9/aviation-cybersecurity-threats" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">hearing</a> on aviation cybersecurity threats.
