Bechtle by republishing an article they co-wrote in December 2009 titled “Reviewing Two 3rd Circuit Rulings: Use of Fed. R. Evid. 803(3) to Prove Causation, Damages in Antitrust Cases.” Republished Feb. 18, 2025, the article focused on proof of causation in antitrust cases, a favorite topic of Bechtle.
