SEC has voluntarily stayed such rules pending a challenge in the Eight Circuit Court of Appeals. BakerHostetler and Deloitte panelists will present on new rules requiring disclosure under Regulation S-K, new rules impacting financial statement disclosures under Regulation S-X, as well as related internal processes and controls implicated by such rules.
