Partner Lynn Sessions and Associate Stefanie Ferrari collaborated on an article for the Journal of Health and Life Sciences Law titled “Got Pixels? The Regulatory and Legal Implications of the Use of Third-Party Technologies on Health Care Websites.” Published in Vol. 19 of the journal, the article examines why regulatory focus has increased on the use of third-party technologies by health care organizations’ websites; the overstepping by the government in its recent guidance, as well as the impact that has had on health care organizations; and steps organizations can take to proactively mitigate risk.
