Partners Linda Goldstein and Daniel Kaufman presented “Ethical Excellence: Navigating Legal Standards in the Subscription Industry” as part of the “Complexities in the Subscription Landscape” track of the 2024 SubSummit in Dallas, Texas. The session focused on the FTC's Proposed Rule on Negative Options, reviewing key areas and providing practical guidance to ensure compliance when the Rule takes effect. The annual SubSummit is the only conference focused on those who work in or alongside the direct-to-consumer subscription industry.
