Here’s What That Means for Lina Khan and the FTC” on how the agency will function while awaiting the confirmation of the replacement for Lina Khan, who is expected resign as chair after the inauguration. As to delayed action with no tie-breaking vote, Kaufman stated that the four commissioners already in place tend to work as a group to keep matters moving forward.
