The Diversity Council is composed of partner representatives from our wide range of diverse attorneys, as well as allies who share our deep commitment to recruiting, retaining and advancing diverse attorneys at the firm. The Council works alongside our Director of Inclusion and Diversity&nbsp;<a href="/professionals/leah-n-fisher/">Leah Fisher</a> and Diversity Committee Chair&nbsp;<a href="/professionals/emily-c-crosby/">Emily Crosby</a>&nbsp;to provide strategic direction and guidance on inclusion and diversity initiatives and programming. Council members also serve as leaders of the firm’s Inclusion and&nbsp;Diversity Committee and our seven Affinity Groups. The Council is also supported by an I&amp;D Advisory Board of BakerHostetler partners who have served as active leaders for the advancement of diverse attorneys in the legal profession both at the firm and more.
