BakerHostetler Atlanta was established in 2014. We are known for our strength in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, healthcare, commercial and white collar litigation, labor and employment, data privacy and security, real estate, and intellectual property.
Our more than 100 attorneys – many of them Chambers ranked – work in all six core firm practices, and many hold positions as firm leaders. Members of our office serve on BakerHostetler’s Policy Committee; helm our firmwide diversity program; and lead multiple teams, including Healthcare and Healthcare Technology, Real Estate, Insurance and Regulatory, Privacy Governance and Technology Transactions, and Digital Transformation and Data Economy.
