Esterina Giuliani is a litigation partner specializing in complex commercial litigation. She has a broad practice representing companies and individuals in numerous areas of law and forums, and has worked on a variety of high-profile matters, including representing the Securities Investor Protection Act (SIPA) Trustee for the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC (BLMIS). Esterina was a law clerk for two federal district court judges and, prior to practicing law, she co-owned a building products company. Esterina leverages her business background along with her vast legal experience to provide practical and strategic advice to clients.
In 2018, Esterina received the James Duane Award, given by the Bench and Bar of the Southern District of New York for exemplary service to the Southern District of New York.
Esterina was a law clerk for U.S. District Judges Victor Marrero and Sandra Feuerstein, and a judicial intern for U.S. District Judge Joanna Seybert. She is an active member of the Diversity, Women’s Steering and Mentorship committees in the New York office.
