Ariana Dindiyal focuses her practice on commercial litigation in New York state and federal courts. She draws upon her varied experience to bring a thoughtful perspective to clients’ needs. As a member of the team serving as counsel to the Trustee for the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC, she has gained experience in all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings, briefs, memoranda, affidavits and discovery documents. Ariana’s expanding practice also includes advising on issues related to data privacy, records and information governance and technology application.
